Pjiang, Xiaobaitu Quick question about renewing AP and EAD

請教各位同學，我6/3號要回國參加朋友婚禮，今天律師告訴我，我的AP 和EAD需要renew, 要在6/13號file for renew that’s 120 days before the expiration date, which means I need to change my travel plane according to this.
如果是這樣我就趕不上朋友的婚禮了，我目前定的是7月回美，我想問一下，我回來再延期是不是也可以，也是來得及的？

AP expiration – 10/11/08
EAD expiration – 9/17/08
