case by case, I could not find a clue..have you required a SR

three denied cases I know (strong cases) got denial notice a week after they filed a service request to #375 or #206 60 to 80 days after they submitted their REF...

no idea what has been going on there, however, there is still chance for appeal, which is also money as well as time expensive!
