i asked a question about H-1 and EAD. So if my hu*****and uses his EAD which is dependent of my greencard application, we have to wait until his H-1 approval to know whether he needs to go outside USA to activate it.
Another question, if he uses AP which is also dependent of my status, does it mean he can't maintain his independent H-1 visa?
