thanks.. according to my lawyer my case is among the top ones he have even prepared... however I was the very unlucky ones! The IO apparently did not read the whole thing and made his/her judgement based on a false timing of my achievement: the most absurd conclusion you may have even seen from denial notices: "the petitioner has been qualified for NIW a week later after his petition!" -- can anyone understand and accept this?
