when I did FP Code 2 in Mar. 08(also my 10 yrs old son did at the same time), my lawyer told us your GC is going to approved soon, we are so happy
But noe my hu***** and I were asked again to do Code 3, that is for FBI background check use, means CIS still doing my Background check, that id unreasonable, because the NC Memo, any idea?
