想罵人!

NC已經兩年,EB1,04/30已過.
Called TSC this morning, was informed "NO STATUS CHECK" any more and even was not allowed to give them my receipt no.
Called National Center later on, said "Follow Apr.2 MEMO, can do nothing on your case".

I read the Apr.2 memo and didn't see any reason that this one would be against the previous one?

What the hell they are?
