1. I think you should be ok. They were asking me for a copy of old visa and I do not have.

2. I went there 1430 and there is 111 persons in front of me. but as long as you are in before 3pm, you will be seen by a visa officer. I waited for about 2hrs.

I used urgent services. CAD180. one day plus passport delivered to them 2 days and they sent me back 2 days. I used fedex international piority. I paid for both delivery, to and back. USD66.
