I asked this question for sometime, but I never got a clear answer before. Nobody told me what is exactly the "Approval Notice". Some people messed up with the "Welcome Notice".

It seems to me that "The Green Card Holder (I-797D) is the "Approval Notice"“。Is that rigth?
