For EB cases in a service center TSC or NSC, infopass at most can tell you case status or NC cleared? Or make an inquiry request. All can be done by calling 800 numbers talking to a live person.
For EB cases tranferred to local or Marriage to USC,.. inforpass may be able to lett you see the IO who has your case right now.
