3). Strongly recommend writing to Congressman or Senator in your area. They can make direct case inquiry to USCIS. I was told by my congressman’s office early of this month that “your case is expected to be touched in the next 30 days”.
4). If your PD is current, outside the processing time, don’t sit there and wait, do something: fax to USCIS, call your Senator’s office, or write to Ombudsman.
