回複：parent with green card or US citizen don't qualify for 旅行證

I totally understand this. Please see my original question:

why parent with GC or US citizen can mail or authorize others to apply for China Visa for their US-borned kids? Why parent without GC need to physically go to the consulate to apply for Travel permit for US-borned kids?

So we parent need to be questioned because we don't have GC?
