try a different lawyer

I filed WOM last year and it costed me $4,200. It doesn't matter what INS say about NC, you sue them because they couldn't adjudicate your I485 in reasonable time frame. If you won the case, the judge would give INS a deadline to adjudicate your case, for me, it was 60 days after the ruling.
