yes, we are planning to file EB1, and my hu*****and's company lawyer is reviewing his documents and will let us know whether he think my hu*****and is good enough to get approved by EB1 application. If the lawyer doesn't think my hu*****and will be approved by EB1, he may submit perm(EB2 category) for us.

we can't wait anymore, since my hu*****and is using his fourth year H1b now.
