請教pjiang和各位，renew EAD, Current Immigration Status是什麽？

dependent(last entry status H4,exp.4-31-2008，沒有申請renew) I-485 pending (spouse H1 140/485 pending), EAD 8-2008到期，現在準備renew EAD.請問Current Immigration Status 是什麽？-765上填AOS嗎？
