TSC's memo seems not valid no more, anyone called NSC ?

called TSC, seems they are follow a new memo deadline , of course , much late than April 30th ,

Just canot catch any chance in my whole life. Wherever there is a line in USCIS , I am right there waiting, waiting , waiting !!!!

Damn it , life !!! fxxx USCIS !!!!
