我現在在學校A教書，full-time tenure-track faculty, 已經3年。140已經批準，
485pending 超過180 天。上周剛剛交H1B renew application, receipt notice 還沒
有拿到。有EAD，但是沒有用。暑假生孩子，已經和學校說下學期不上課，2009春季在
上課。

現在有另外一個工作，學校B，full-time tenure-track faculty，同樣的職位，同樣
的job deion, 但是要求8月份就上班。實在是有困難，而且保險怎樣銜接還搞不
清楚。

請問大人們：
1） 我現在還沒有收到H1B renew receipt notice,如果到學校B，是不是應該等收到學校A的H1B renew receipt notice 以後再file H1B transfer 比較好？
- B may file H-1 transfer at any time before current H-1 expiration, regardless current H-1 renewal.

2） 如果我到學校B，5月份file H1B transfer, 那麽我原來的H1B renew 是不是自動
取消？
- No

還是我必須通知USCIS cancel H1B renew?
- A, not you, may do so.

3) 我是不是還應該啟動AC21?
- No such thing.

3) 有在學校工作的大人能不能說一說，如果我5月份就告訴學校A我下學期辭職，那麽
我的保險是不是馬上結束？
- Don't think so, at least you may pay premium to keep it per Cobra.

新學校的保險要8月中才能加入，而且不知道我懷孕了，新
的保險接不接受我這個pre-existing condition?

這些問題簡直讓我煩透了，我倒是很想去學校B，但是一想到我家小寶的保險，H1 renew and transfer, 我簡直是暈死了。
