My Labor requires 5 year progressive experience. both my eb2 and eb3 got approved . since you told me The same position can not be both EB-2 and EB-3. Do I need to cancel the EB3 I-140. and how can I cancel it.

The reason my employer applied two I-140s because he is not sure my eb2 would get approved, i do not have too much time left for my h1b(6 years) at that time and he needs the approved I-140 to renew my h1b. he got two orginal labor certificate from labor department.
