140被拒後，一般是同時拒絕485

而且在485的拒絕信上會寫，there is no appeal provided by the regulations.

一般的情況是先appeal 140，此時485拒絕，EAD已經失效了，沒有grace period. 如果140申訴成功，可以要求reopen 485.
