Where to file Advance Parole?

I read a pdf file maybe 2 years ago on USCIS webpage saying that file AP and EAD to the location where your 485 is pending. I recently saw on this site these types of application should be filed to the center that serves the state you live. I moved to the west coast to the east and 485 pending in NSC.Where should I file? Thanks a lot.
