Pijiang and XBT, Please:case tranfer docement information

My lawyer told me that he has required USCIS to trnasfer my case to my new address (even I told him I will be here only about 1yr). Since the local office has interviewed me 2 yrs ago. How can I ask they speed up my case? Any docementation related this to stop them transfer my case?
