收到移民局的信，請幫忙看看

2006年六月遞交的 NIW I-140（在NSC), 一直在 Pending。今天收到RFE信,但信的內容奇怪，內容如下：

In view of the approval of the first-preference petition which you filed on your behalf, please select one of the following:

___ I withdraw my request for a national interest waiver (and thus withdraw the petition which was assigned the receipt number ...). Base my I-485 application on my first-preference approved petition.

___ Proceed with the adjudication of my request for a national interest waiver.

因為我有一個2006年11月交的 EB1a 在今年2月批準了，我的485是去年7月份交的，是基於NIW。我三月初寫信要把485從 NIW 轉成 EB1a。

這封信是不是說他們讓我撤銷我的NIW I-140, 把我的485轉成 EB1a 的？但是如果我扯掉NIW的140，他們不給我轉，那我的485也就自動取消了，怎麽辦？

請大俠幫忙！！！
