Is it OK to stay in US and file H4 application after using EAD and I-140 being rejected? Am I still legal by mailing the H4 application out right after the bad news?
I do not mind to lose job but don't want to seperate from my family.
Just cheked and found O1 and L1 are not easy to get. This company even can not wait for me for two months. I do not think they will apply for H1, O1 and L1 for me.
