Here is my situation:

I have been working for the same company since Dec2000
1st H1B, 03/07/2001-11/14/2003
2nd H1B, 11/14/2003-11/14/2006
3rd H1B, 11/14/2006-11/24/2009

laber certification: ted: 2004
140 and 485: Aug 2007
140/485 still pending but >180days,

It seems my H1B is over 6 years, Can I still transfer H1B?
