Called USCIS customer service about my I485 (EB2)

My call was escalated to another rep who said she had sent a letter to NSC about my case which should benefit from the recent 6-month name check memo. She also asked them to send me a finger print request which just expired.

She clarified that I didn't need to wait another 6 months after the new finger print for using the memo. It is applicable to my case.

Two reps are very nice and helpful. Have my fingers crossed...
