ask for Pjiang, BT and others' suggestions,-approval 140 case re

I won 140 appeal. uscis e-mailed me the approved 140 case., but 3 days later, USCIS updated that the mail had been returned to them. I am not sure if USCIS used my old addree, or USCIS send the letter to the lawyer, who have moved to a new firm during my application period. The lawyer is very strong, usually do not reply my emails. I called the USCIS, and asked them update my curent address. is this enough? USCIS person said that i need to wait 0-45 days before get the returned mail. Can you kindly tell me more suggestions on this matter, and how to active my I-485?
