I have one more question

If I have a approved I-140 with a later PD and a I-140 with an ealier PD pending. Can I do "transfer?" Both I-140 are sponsored by the same employer with the same EB3 category with very slight difference in Labor. Also I have I-485 concurrently filed with the approved I-140. As for the pending I-140 with an earlier PD, I haven't filed I-485? What would be the best suggestion? I understand that probably transfer is not possible before the second I-140 is approved. However, is it advisable to have two I-485s with the same sponsor under the same EB category?
