When did you start working for new employer whose H-1 petition is still unknown?
I start work for the new employer from Feb.2007.since my lawer told me the proofed H1 is on the way to office...
If you have a copy of notice receipt (or receipt#), you may check its current status
I have the receipt#, but the case is pennding there more then 6 month already.
during the one year waiting time, I have sent many times material to them as they needed,but the case is still pending... long story, dear Pjiang, should I just wait for the response from the case?
