1) Are you sure you can work from the middle of April? As far as I know, from cap-exempt to cap-subject, you have to wait until Octoboer 1, 2008.

2) Do you know which option your company checked for you in Part 2 question 2 of I-129? Is it a) a new employment or others? I am still not sure about this.
