Pjiang, Xiaobaitu: H1B transfer checklist?

My new employer's lawyer sounds like a bonehead. I feel it's really shaky to trust my transfer with him. Could anyone please give me a checklist of
things needed to submit to USCIS by me (not the employer). Thanks a lot!!!
