To Pjiang,EAD again

3)如果過期以後申請延期, 對延期申請有影響嗎? 這時候還能叫延期嗎?還是叫從新申請一個新的EAD?

Question: If not choosing "Renewal", should I tell them that I applied EAD before? (question 11 on I765 form).
