You should do so

1, go to your local CIS office with Infopass,to remind IO your case is applied for NC memo
2,Waiting 90 days,if still doesn't work, write to the
director of the district office ( local office ),attach
a letter to explain that you have done with infopass 3 months ago.
3,Waiting another 90 days,usually above action will work,if still nothing happen,write to your Congressmen
& Senators,until that time,you don't need to spend any money ( except postage )
4,If still no help,then file WOM
