How to answer your REF

1)Please copies ao any published articles by other researchers citing or otherwise recognizing your research and/ or contributions....
a. To collect citations (English or Chinese is ok, if it is written in chinese, please translate its abstract into english, and highlight where your paper was cited). Besides your papers, your meeting abstracts, proceedings,your dissertation may be cited by others, please show them up.
b. To collect some reports by media, such as news paper, internet websites, magzines, etc.

2)You must establish you have a past record of specific prior achievement that justifies projections of future benefit to the national interest. You must establish, in some capacity, you ability to serve the national interest to a substantially greater extent than the majority of your colleagues.
To have other 3-4 strong reference letters, better from Federal Gov, famous University, and big shots. These letters have to claim your achievement and work are of national interests. Whithout you, national interests will be decreased a lot.
3)You must demostrate to some degree you influence on your field of employment as a whole.
a. reference letters show your influence,
b. citations,
c. invite to be a reviwers by some journals.
d. your new publications
c. research grants you participated,your awards...
