我的I-485還沒批，律師要幫我老婆file I-824。“We will include a rider with the details regarding your wife and confirming that the I-824 is filed for your wife (not you).”我不能file I-824 因為我現在用著EAD呢。有點兒擔心，USCIS搞混了，把我的I-485取消，轉成CP。
