I am in NSC. Also bad experience from calling them these days. One day they just hang up the phone. Today, I had a chance to actually talk to an IO, but she did not even ask my LIN# other than telling me how many cases they are working on. Although she agreed that my case is a super old one, but sorry "your file has not been assigned to any IO".
