My I-140 and I-485 are pending, and I filed a 485 for my wife as well. So, basically, I believe both of us can apply EAD to continue to work in US. So, my wife can give up H1B and apply an EAD. But I am not sure which one is better (H1B extension and EAD). So, suggestions?

Second question: Could you please give me the USCIS link about H1B extension?
