根據學校提供的材料，雖然我現在的H1B仍然在處理過程中，但我前一個H1B並沒過期（隻用了１年）。

我們的情況是我老公今年１月換了工作，是在學校工作，新 的h1的申請已經遞 出但還沒有批下來,之前 的h1還有２年才到期。
