欲哭無淚! 緊急求助Xiaobaitu, Pjiang 以及各位前輩: 如何應對USCIS的錯誤?

Xiaobaitu, Pjiang 以及各位前輩,

我的I-140於三月10日被拒, 原因是TSC沒有收到我的additional evidence. 在拒我的信上清楚地寫著:

On Jan. 7, 2008, this Service requested that you provide additional evidence in support of your petition. At that time you were allowed twelve (12) weeks to respond to the request. As of the date of this letter (March 10, 2008), this office has not received a response to this request. As of this date, a period in excess of 12 weeks has elapsed and you have not submitted the requested evidence. Therefore, your petition must be considered abandoned and cannot be approved.

請注意: twelve (12) weeks 是84天, 也就是說deadline應該是March 31, 2008, 而不是March 10, 2008. 因而, USCIS拒我是錯誤的.

問題在於: 我該如何應對?

打電話給custom service 去要求他們改正? 這可能嗎? 會不會讓the officer記恨在心, 然後雞蛋裏挑骨頭?
或者, motion to reopen? 費用是多少? 回信中如何說才恰當?
