求助Pijiang,xiaobaitu等老師,H1B transfer填I129問題.

我原來在A公司是H1B，後來到B公司時圖省事申請的TN，現在想讓B公司給我做H1B transfer，填129時遇到些問題，很是迷惑。已經仔細研究過pijiang老師關於自討苦吃（我是沒辦法）的129的blog，但我的情況有點特殊。有以下幾個問題請教各位：

1. 表格part 2 Basis for Classification
pijiang老師blog裏說“從來沒有進過 H-1 的，或是現在又回到 H-1 的，選 a；....H-1 的 transfer 是 e.....
那我這種情況，既是“現在回到h1B”，又是“transfer”，要填a(new employment)還是e(change of employment)呢？

2. part 3 If you checked Box 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, or 2f,
除了是新雇關係（上麵選 a 的），其它的在這裏填現行 H-1B 的收據號。
如果我上麵選了a，這裏是不是就不能提供以前H1B的petition number了？

3. part 5 Requested Action.
我該選哪個呢？
b. Change the person's status and extend their stay since the person(s) are all now in the U.S. in another status
因為我現在status是TN，所以看上去應該是這個，但隻有part2 選了"new employment"才能選這個。

4. 聽說H1B transfer需要近幾個月的pay stub，那我應該提供哪個公司的pay stub呢？在新公司已經工作大半年了。
