1. If I use AP come back and I will continue to work for the same employer until the expiration date of my current H1B visa in 2010. Should I need to do anything about my h1b visa after I come back??

2. They said that I should hand in my old I94 when I leave USA, but I current Visa is H1B and my current I94 is on the H1B approval notice. So what Should I hand in when I leave USA?

Current, H1b work, I140 approved, I485 pending.
