Very sorry to hear that. Your anxious waiting time got wasted. There must be a number of people have the same situation if not exactly the same according to poor management of this unit. If it's a business, I'm sure it claimed bankrupcy long time ago.

I think they will find it eventually when they really start working on your case later. But you'd better resend it now, 'cause you cannot afford the time which they don't care at all.
