I am strongly concerned about the possible unfairness even possible unlawfullness in April's visa bulletin according to which the visa PD for China-born applicants no changes while India-born applicants jump from U to 2003. It seems the quota 7% belong to China-born applicants be redistributed to other nations. I urge you to review it or rereview again carefully to avoid any discrimination against China-born applicants.
