I use employment verification from HR in doing H1B transfer? I was on unpaid leave recently. Thanks!Also, My company mistakenly ( prematurely)notified INS of my termination two months ago, they agreed to take it back. I am still a little worried? What should I do except for waiting without knowing anything? Thank you very much!
