I went to InfoPass this morning, nothing, only pending, waiting

I was told last time that my case is assigned to an IO. But nothing happned at all. I also want to call TSC. Can you give me the number and how to call TSC specifically. I only know USCIS number. Are you told by PJ? Thank you in advance.
