In June 2006, neither my EB3 (Jan 2003) nor EB2 (Jan 2006) was current, I would not have filed EB2 I485 if there was no PD carried over rule. Once they accepted my case, I thought they acknowleged the PD carried over.

Now I am in a predicament situation. It seems TSC IO officers are not aware of the rule and it is almost impossible to explain and convince them. Don't know what to do.
