EB2 PD was up to 01/2006 and current for the first half of last year !

my fxxking NC did not come through by then,
it passed now after 2.5 years, their PD retrogress 3,4 years again, maybe again pretty soon

anyway, thanks for help and congrats to those who waited longer than me !
