my both I140 got approved before I had my EB2 I485 filed on June 2006. However, the PD of the earlier EB3 I140 was not shown on EB2 I140.

My attorney had my EB2 I485 filed and it was returned the first time (PD not current, it was a mistake of TSC since PD could be carried over) and the second time (with an explanation letter from attorney) it was accepted and it has been pending since then.

NC had been cleared before Nov. 2007.
