The concurrent I140 and I485 filing was on 06/30 but the I140 was just for EB3 (with EB3's PD), to catch last year's July open window so I could get the EAD and AP earlier. My EB2's PERM was still pending in June and got approved thereafter(late July). My EB2's 140 was filed 1.5 months later after the EB3 filing, actually the same day we got the first 140's receipt from USCIS.
My both I140 got approved in late 01/08 and USCIS did the carryover for me. I haven't expected that I could get the GC that quickly and thinking I'm really lucky here.
