2）Part2，question5, 應該選b嗎？b是“Change the person's status and extend their stay since the person are all now in the US in another status”。我弟弟現在不在美國，可以選b嗎？如果不可以，應該選哪個呢？

5）Part7。For person preparing form，應該填我自己的information嗎？還是空著不填？還是填sponsor公司的information?
