LUD again after 485 FRE, but PD is 12/2004. Is it possilbe to ap

I responded my I-485 RFE on 02/12/2008 and there were two LUD on 02/12 and 02/13. I just found my case was updated again today. My PD is 12/2004. Does this mean that my GC will be approved soon? Thanks!
