皮匠大俠，我媳婦能用我的priority date嗎？

我的EB1，140在November 19, 2007批了，I485 received at April 12, 2007。我老婆現在在國內，公司律師說必須在我I485批準之前遞I-824否則就不能用的priority date必須用，wait for her priority date as the spouse of a LPR (you) to become current。這對嗎？下麵是律師的原信，我現在是用EAD和AP。我應該怎麽辦？現在就遞I-824嗎？謝謝！

If your LPR status is granted before then, she will not be able to use your priority status and will instead have to wait for her priority date as the spouse of a LPR (you) to become current. In other words, you should either file an I-824 immediately or try to get her here sooner.
